Autogenic Deep Relaxation Therapy

Autogenic Training (AT) is a scientifically proven deep relaxation and visualization technique developed by the German psychiatrist Prof. Dr. Johannes Schulz in 1932. Autogenic Training is widely recognized in Europe where it has helped thousands of people transition through challenging health- and lifestyle changes. 


Autogenic Training is a safe, simple and drug-free technique that has tremendous health benefits for patients suffering from stress related disorders and/or autoimmune disease such as:

Private Sessions:            $250 per session, includes Transition Coaching and

                                        free Personality Type Assessment


Semi Private Sessions:   2 participants, $125 per person/session,

                                         includes limited coaching & free personality assessment


Group Sessions:              3 participants, $  85 per person/session

                                          4 participants, $  65 per person/session

                                          5 participants, $  50 per person/session 

                                          6 participants, $  45 per person/session
